Prayer to Saint Alphonsus Liguori
Precise and orthodox theologian,
Master in theology of conduct,
how greatly we need today
theologians who are humble, prayerful,
and eager to spread Christian conduct all around.
You wrote much about the path to perfection
and the means to follow the Teacher of all,
who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Inspire our theologians to help the countless people
who look to them for guidance in life's conduct.
Amen.
